Wayne Township is 1 of 11 townships of Warren County.

Within the township’s 45 square mile territory are several communities including the incorporated villages of Waynesville and Corwin. The Township has three elected Trustees and one Fiscal Officer, who oversee the staff of employees that provide the day to day services to the 8,180 residents of the township.
The Administration Building for the Township is located at 6050 N. Clarksville Road in Waynesville.
