The Waynesville Merchants Association is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the vitality of our local business community and historic downtown. Our events are built around the participation of vendors like you, who help bring energy, variety, and life to our streets while creating meaningful experiences for residents and visitors alike.

As a community driven organization, we rely on the support and involvement of local businesses, makers, and partners who believe in the importance of a strong and thriving Waynesville. Every vendor contribution plays a direct role in funding downtown events, marketing initiatives, small business support, and revitalization efforts that keep our village active and connected.

Waynesville Street Faire

Waynesville Street Faire is the 2nd Saturday of the Month: May to September and Dec is during the Sunday of Christmas in the Village.

LIVE MUSIC for May to September Events – We receive support from the Waynesville Area Art Council for live music during the street faire events, please contact them via Facebook for additional information.

Waynesville Annual Car Show

The Waynesville Annual Car Show is not a vendor event. The event is free to attend. If you would like to enter your vehicle in the show please fill out application and submit fee for registration.

Set Up on Event Days of Street Faire

Set up for vendors is 7:00AM-10:00AM (No exceptions)
Do not enter the closed street with your vehicle or food truck without permission from event staff
No vehicle will be permitted in the set up area after 9:30 AM
Vendor vehicles will enter at Miami & Main Street. (Use address 98 S. Main St)
Vendors are asked to drive to their space and unload immediately. Once unloaded, proceed in the same direction and exit on North street to park their vehicle in another location so other vendors have room to unload at their assigned spaces

Tear Down on Event Days

Please refrain from beginning teardown or breakdown of booth spaces until the official end of the event time, or until you receive confirmation from event staff or an authorized representative.
Vehicles will enter the vendor area via North Street. Vendors should proceed directly to their assigned booth space to load out. Once loading is complete, vehicles must be moved promptly and exited via Miami Street. Vehicle movement during set up and tear down must be completed only with approval from event staff or authorized event personnel.
Early teardown or leaving without permission may result in loss of eligibility for future events at the discretion of the Waynesville Merchants Association Board.

Participation in Waynesville Merchant Events

Waynesville Shops and the Waynesville Merchants Association may use images of your booth and products for promotional purposes to help highlight your participation and support event marketing efforts. By participating, vendors, their officers, and members agree to hold harmless and defend the Waynesville Merchants Association, its agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, judgments, suits, costs, and actions, including attorney fees, arising from loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from any act or failure to act by the vendor, its officers, members, or volunteers.
All vendor fees are non refundable. Submission of payment confirms acceptance of this policy. All events take place rain, snow, or shine.
Vendors are not permitted to begin breakdown or pack up prior to the official end of the event unless directed by event organizers.
All food vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance covering event dates with a minimum liability of one million dollars per occurrence and two million dollars aggregate. The Waynesville Merchants Association and the Village of Waynesville, Ohio must be listed as additional insured.
If your application is approved, you will receive a follow up email from the Waynesville Merchants Association with additional event details and instructions for completing payment through our online payment portal. All payments are invoiced by the Waynesville Merchants Association and are no longer accepted on site the day of the event. Payment is due by the expiration date listed on the invoice, typically within seven days unless otherwise noted for waitlisted applicants. Booth space is not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any vendor who fails to comply with event policies, disrupts event operations, or demonstrates inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward volunteers, fellow vendors, or the community may forfeit participation in future Waynesville Street Faire events at the discretion of the Waynesville Merchants Association Board.
Please note that due to high application volume, approval status is time sensitive and booth space is only secured once full payment has been received.
