Booth Space Fee

Booth Space fee is $75 per event.
Book booth space for all four Summer Events (June, July, August & September) to receive 1 month free. Payable in full with approved application.
Payment for booth space will be required when your application has been approved.
You will hear from our Jury Committee within a few days of submitting your application, if accepted. Not all applications are accepted.
If accepted, you will be sent an email with information and access to our payment portal so payment can be made online.
If booth space is not paid two weeks prior to any event the space will not be held.
No Refunds.

Booth spaces measures 10′ x 10′ each.
Vendors will need to provide their own tent/tables/display tables.
A fire extinguisher (3a-40 BC 5lb size) must accompany each booth space.
Flame Retardant Tents are recommended.
No electricity will be provided.
No Extension Cords are permitted to be run from any building.
No generators are allowed in the 10×10 booths.
Vendor, its officers and member shall hold harmless and defend the Waynesville Merchants Association, agent and volunteers from all liability, judgements, suit, costs and actions including attorneys’ fees and all cost of ligation of every kind and description brought or rendered against Waynesville Merchants Association as a result of loss, damage, or injury of persons or property by reason of any act or failure to act by its officers, members, or volunteers.

Set up for vendors is 7:00AM-10:00AM (No exceptions)
No vehicle will be permitted in the set up area after 10:00 AM
Vendor Vehicles will enter at Miami & Main Street.
Vendors are asked to drive to their space and unload immediately. Once unloaded, proceed in the same direction and exit on North street to park their vehicle in another location so other vendors have room to unload at their assigned spaces.

Please refrain from tearing down booth spaces until the event is over at 4:00PM.
Vehicles will the vendor area at North Street. Proceed to their booth space, load, then leave via Miami Street.
