Welcome to the Summer Passport Program in Historic Downtown Waynesville. Spend the summer exploring charming shops, unique boutiques, restaurants, antiques, and small town experiences throughout downtown while collecting Passport stamps from participating businesses. Support local merchants and enjoy everything Waynesville has to offer while earning entries for a chance to win prizes all season long.

The Endless Summer Passport Program is sponsored and administered by the Downtown Waynesville Merchants Association.

• Program Dates: The program runs from 11:00am Friday, May 22, 2026 through Saturday, August 15, 2026 5:00pm.

• Eligibility: Open to all participants. Void where prohibited by law. The sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet program requirements.

• How to Participate: Participants must make a qualifying purchase at participating businesses during the program period to receive a Passport stamp or signature.

• Participating Locations: Only participating businesses displaying official program signage are eligible to issue Passport stamps or signatures.

• Completion Requirement: Passports must contain all required stamps or signatures from participating businesses to be considered complete and eligible for entry.

• Submission Deadline: Completed Passports must be received by mail at the address listed on the Passport or delivered to Waynesville Antique Mall no later than 5:00 pm on August 15, 2026.

• Late or Invalid Entries: Late, incomplete, damaged, altered, or duplicate Passports will not be eligible for entry.

• Entry Structure: One completed Passport equals one entry. Additional restrictions may apply at sponsor discretion.

• Prize Drawing and Notification: Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and announced on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Winners may be contacted using the information provided on their entry.

• Prizes: Prizes include $250 cash, a free night stay at Thomas Swift B and B, a Tea Party for 4 from Art Expressions, Dinner for two at Village Family Restaurant, gift cards, gift baskets, and additional prizes as available.  Prizes are non transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

• Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible completed Passports received.

• Publicity Release: By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

• Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Downtown Waynesville Merchants Association, participating businesses, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

• Program Changes: The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time if necessary, including for circumstances beyond its control.
