Biography

Food always revolved around my Italian families get together’s.  I remember my great grandma Trotta, always offering us her delicious “snowflake” cookies that are better known as pizzelle’s in the BIG potato chip tin.  As a little girl I would bake in my Easy Bake Oven, but would get frustrated because it took forever to bake one little cake, and I had to share it with my little brother and sister.  Thirteen years later, my mom gave me this huge cookbook a year after I got married and I started “experimenting” on some pretty hard recipes like cream puffs, almond lace rolls and crème brulee’.  I also purchased a pizzelle maker so I could have the treat I so loved as a child and be able to share them with my family.

The pizzelle’s turned out great and my family really enjoyed them along with all the other treats.  I continued to practice on many treats and would share them with friends and family and they loved them too.  I know people other than your family have to like what you make.  So I want to share my passion for baking with you.

Over the years my friends and family have told me I should do something with my baking.  So I decided to accept the adventure.  I think most people would love to have a job where they enjoy doing what they love.  That’s my philosophy.  My husband and I also owned a restaurant where I make the baked goods for it and everyone loved them.   My specialties were home made cinnamon rolls with a fluffy cream cheese icing, peanut butter pie, and carrot cake to name a few. My husband and I have been married for 26 years and have 4 beautiful children.  I’m excited to meet lots of wonderful people through this exciting business.   I have a passion for cooking and I put lots of love and care into everything I make.  Below are some snapshot of some goodies I’ve made : )

Blessings, Angie
