FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION SHEET

  • Generatore should be your source of energy and must be attached to your truck.
  • All food vendors will be required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) with the event date (s) minimum liability of $1,000,000 & 2,000,000 aggregate and list the Waynesville Merchants Association and Village of Waynesville, Ohio as additional insured. 
  • We must receive the Certificate of Insurance when payment is submitted.
