Hammel House Inn and Restaurant in the center of town dates back to 1822. The Inn features five bedrooms, each with its own bath, and all have been updated to maintain the historic charm while boasting modern amenities. Hammel House is an 1822 Historic Inn & Restaurant with Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of Waynesville’s downtown shopping district. We are only a half mile from the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail and house five overnight guest rooms graciously decorated with antique and custom-built cherry furniture. Each room is comfortably appointed with a queen bed, private bath, and a sitting area. All rooms have free Wifi and cable. Your stay includes a full country breakfast, unlimited beverages, coffee, tea, soft drinks plus evening snack are available. Our upper rear deck and expansive front porch are great for gathering and relaxing.
Hammel House serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and our menu includes a delightful array of homemade, fresh desserts. We offer Dine-In as well as take-Out orders. Visit us for a casual breakfast or lunch or choose Hammel House for a special evening out with family and friends for dinner.

We offer indoor bicycle storage for our cycling guests. We are also available for emergency pick ups on the trail in case of threatening weather conditions, injury or illness. Just ask and we’ll pack you a lunch too !
